Shree Someshwar Mandir is one among the famous temples dedicated to Lord Shiva in the city of Nasik. The temple lies peacefully on the bank of Indian sacred River Godavari. The temple also carries Lord Hanuman. The total premise of this temple is decorated with natural greenery giving an ideal and peaceful look to this beautiful shrine. The surrounding area of this temple is also known as Someshwar because of the presence of this temple.

While going to Someshwar, there is a popular village called Anandwalli. The village got its name because of Peshwas – Raghobadada and Anandibai lived in this place for few days.
